AFW Tooth Proof Single Strand Stainless Steel Wire
Made with 304 stainless steel wire for superior bite resistance, this single strand by American Fishing Wire is ideal for use as a bite guard for sharks and other toothy predators. Available in 30 foot lengths and reflective bright and stealthy camo finishes for open water and near-bottom situations. Because this material may damage regular scissors or cutters on pliers, use a dedicated wire cutting tool for best results, such as that found on the AFW Crimping Pliers, available here. Hooks and lures can be connected to this wire via haywire twists, and albright knots can be used to connect the wire to your leader.
