Alutecnos Albacore Gorilla Lever Drag Conventional Reels
Compact, light, and ergonomic with a 6,2:1 retrieve ratio, and an unmistakable look, the Alutecnos Albacore Gorilla Lever Drag Conventional Reels are designed for those who love vertical jigging. These reels come with an integrated drag pre-set and drag side plate, making for an ergonomic design. The 8V model features a single disc brake that can be set up to 20 LBS. In addition, the aluminum power handle allows the angler to generate considerable power. The 12V model features a multi drag disc brake that can be set up to 40 LBS. Unlike the 8V model, the 12V features a more traditional style jigging handle, to help with cranking power on larger fish.

*All reels will be backed with 20lb Clear Berkley Trilene Big Game Monofilament to fill the spool at no additional cost if the ordered length of braid alone does not fill the spool. To have your reel spooled with straight braid, either: 1. Order a quantity of braid that will overfill the spool and we will refund the difference, or 2. Contact Us with your request and we will promptly spool your reel and contact you with the exact length of braid to add to your order. For more detailed spooling instructions, such as the additions of leaders or topshots using specific knots, crimps, and/or hollow core splices, please Contact Us as well.
