Century Graphene Slingshot Surf Spinning Rod
The Century Sling Slingshot Surf Rod is a premium surf rod made with high modulus graphite with a thinner blank wall for extremely fast recovery. This makes the Slingshot excel at distance casting aerodynamic plugs, working jigs in current, or as a rod for those looking for "backbone". The thinner blank wall has been reinforced with Century's Graphene technology, increasing the durability of the rod, while also increasing the recovery rate of the rod. The rod comes finished with a Fuji reel seat and American Tackle Co. Titanium guides which offer increased corrosion resistance. The handles of the rods are shrink wrapped for angler comfort.
***Please note that Century Rods are small-batch manufactured and delivered product may display slight variances from product photos. Please contact the store if you have any questions.***

About Century-
Having been in the business for over 40 years, Century knows that technological advances in their products are crucial to an angler's success on the water. This is why they are also a trusted manufacturer of aerospace components and Formula 1 race car parts. Their blanks are made in the UK using their Autoclave Technology to prolong the action, power, and recovery of their blanks. They also apply an Anti-Twist Technology to the blanks to reduce torque and increase distance and accuracy in each cast. The rods are assembled in the U.S. where premium guides, reel seats, and grips are fixed to the blanks by master rod builders. When you pick up a Century rod, you will be able to feel the thought and applied science that went into their product.
