OutCast Lures Medium Hybrid Pencil
Drawing inspiration from the design of OutCast's regular pencil and polaris popper, these pencils feature an extremely aerodynamic tail. Weighing around 3 - 3.5oz, these plugs allow themselves to be flung further than other style of pencils on the market. These lures are 6.5" long and come rigged with grade A gear with Rosco split rings and VMC treble hooks.
