The Personal Best 8" Pencil Popper is a long-casting, big splashing plug designed to call in big fish. It produces a side to side walk when pumped with the rod with a deliberate retrieve. Unique to these pencils are the flat sides which push more water when the lure is dancing side-to-side. Each lure weighs around 3.6 ounces.
