Boasting Shimano’s Infinity Drive technology, Ocea Jigger offers paramount cranking power by reducing friction between the pinion gear and spool shaft, greatly improving rotational torque. Combined with MicroModule gearing, anglers will experience unmatched gear feeling. X-Protect enhances durability and water resistance by utilizing a water repellant coating and a labyrinth construction to funnel water away from key wear parts. The adjustable, two-position, long-crank handle combined with the Spool Lock allow anglers to more safely break off snagged lures. The Auto-Clutch easily engages the reel out of free spool to react to quick bites, and Shimano’s Exciting Drag Sound alerts anglers when they are in jeopardy of pulling hooks or breaking off. The bottom line: the Ocea Jigger is packed with features that add up to provide all-day jigging ease and comfort.  The Ocea Jigger is built with nine stainless steel corrosion resistant ball bearings, incorporates flagship Shimano technology like Micro Module Gearing and features a long handle arm with comfortable oversized power knob. The reel features a spool lock to allow for snagged on the bottom to get unstuck without risking damage to the internals. The Ocea Jigger is available in a 1500, 2000 & 4000 sizes. *All reels will be backed with 20lb Clear Berkley Trilene Big Game Monofilament to fill the spool at no additional cost if the ordered length of braid alone does not fill the spool. To have your reel spooled with straight braid, either: 1. Order a quantity of braid that will overfill the spool and we will refund the difference, or 2. Contact Us with your request and we will promptly spool your reel and contact you with the exact length of braid to add to your order.
