The Shimano 2021 Spheros SW A Spinning Reels have been redesigned to be the perfect answer for inshore and offshore fisheries alike. Featuring Shimano's flagship Infinity Drive technology to improve pinion gear support and enhance the overall drive gear design. The Spheros SW provides anglers with increased winding power under load. Incorporating both X-Protect and X-Shield for improved water resistance and increased durability in the harsh saltwater environment, Spheros SW A fortifies an IPX8 water-resistant-rated body. The size lineup has been expanded to include a more comprehensive range of sizing for offshore as well as inshore techniques.

*All reels will be backed with 20lb Clear Berkley Trilene Big Game Monofilament to fill the spool at no additional cost if the ordered length of braid alone does not fill the spool. To have your reel spooled with straight braid, either: 1. Order a quantity of braid that will overfill the spool and we will refund the difference, or 2. Contact Us with your request and we will promptly spool your reel and contact you with the exact length of braid to add to your order. For more detailed spooling instructions, such as the additions of leaders or topshots using specific knots, crimps, and/or hollow core splices, please Contact Us as well.
