Super Strike Floating Little Neck Poppers have proven themselves as a go-to popper for not only Striped Bass, but numerous other species. The popper is designed for effortlessly long casts, and can hold up to punishing fish. While this lure can be worked like a traditional popper, it can also be retrieved slowly,  causing it to swim very much like a metal-lipped swimmer.  The lure comes in three sink rates; floating, sinking, and fast sinking.  The floating version is best utilized in calm water conditions and the lure can be worked slowly and methodically.
