Tsunami Evict Spinning Reels were designed for ground fishing. With regular spinning reels, the traditional gearing isn't made to handle cracking in hard fighting fish from the bottom due to the faster gear ratios. The Evict series changes this by constructing the main gear, pinion and main shaft all out of out of stainless steel, giving these these reels the durability needed for ground fishing.  The Evicts also feature eight sealed stainless steel ball bearings to help further protect the internals from corrosion as well as to give them more free spinning. The CF3 drag system allows even large bottom species to be pulled up, with its high drag output.  The Evict also doubles as a great live bait or plug reel.  Other features include:

• Machined aluminum handle arm and power knob
• EVA paddle knob included in box (3000 and 4000 models only)

*All reels will be backed with 20lb Clear Berkley Trilene Big Game Monofilament to fill the spool at no additional cost if the ordered length of braid alone does not fill the spool. To have your reel spooled with straight braid, either: 1. Order a quantity of braid that will overfill the spool and we will refund the difference, or 2. Contact Us with your request and we will promptly spool your reel and contact you with the exact length of braid to add to your order. For more detailed spooling instructions, such as the additions of leaders or topshots using specific knots, crimps, and/or hollow core splices, please Contact Us as well.
