ZENAQ SINPAA HIRAMASA Offshore Casting Rods
The all new SINPAA HIRAMASA was designed with lure control, fight, and precision in mind. Zenaq took all twenty-five years of their offshore casting experience and channeled it into creating the ultimate stickbait rod by focusing on six key features:
- An ultra-responsive tip, when combined with the blank’s refined taper and hexagonal reel seat, allows the angler precise control of the lure in turbulent water.
- A powerful, yet flexible butt section allows the rod to absorb the energy form aggressive runs and optimizes the angler’s control of a fish during the fight.
- The blank is designed to fully load during a cast, resulting in a prompt recoil to propel large stickbaits with ease. This feature aids in providing maximum casting distance, accuracy, and long-term comfort.
- The hexagonal reel seat was designed with control in mind. The shape coupled with the rubberized coating allows the angler a secure hold on the rod which is made evident during casting and intense fights. It was also designed with an anti-wobble structure, eliminating the need to retighten the reel even after long outings.
- Zenaq’s patented hexagon grip contours to the angler’s hands and provides a significant advantage in terms of lure maneuverability and fighting capability.
- The assist guide is a must-have setting for any offshore expedition. This feature eliminates tip tangles and significantly reduces line trouble while casting, even in windy conditions.
The SINPAA HIRAMASA series contains two models to allow the angler access to a range of lure weights when targeting fish that require a high-power rod.
Models
SC81-80G HIRAMASA
This model was born from the concept of “landing monsters with light lures” and is the pinnacle of Zenaq’s light casting rods. Ideal for when fish are keyed into small bait, this model is able to launch lures as low as 40g while maintaining the ability land 20kg fish. The SC81-80G HIRAMASA boasts an ultra-soft tip while seamlessly being paired with a torque rich butt section. This rod is where delicacy and power converge at the highest level.
SC83-95G HIRAMASA
This model is the definitive choice for an angler looking to pursue the ultimate fish. As a high-powered all-rounder, this model is able to cast lures from 60g-140g with exceptional accuracy and distance. Despite its powerful build, it has an extremely sensitive blank, allowing the angler access to information regarding the flow of the ocean, action of the lure, and behavior of the fish. The SC83-95G HIRAMASA is equipped with everything an angler needs for a precise, aggressive approach.
